1. The admission against NRI quota shall also be made on the basis of NEET-I & II-2016 merit / Ranking. NRI Seats Under Groups-B (iii): The Candidates who fulfil the conditions as prescribed in the prospectus at page under clause -12 (viii) are required to apply for admission to MBBS/BDS course against the NRI Quota seats on the prescribed application form. However they must have the minimum educational qualification and age limit as prescribed in the prospectus. The interested candidates are required to submit their application form as prescribed which is available along with complete text of the prospectus on the website of the H.P. University , Directors Medical Education & Research , H.P. and Principles of the Medical / Dental collages, directly to the Principal (s) of the concerned Collage (s). Selection will be done on the basis of merit of qualifying examination as prescribed in the prospectus. All the NRI candidates will have to produce a certificate of equivalence of their qualifying examination duty issued by the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi.

  2. The photocopies of the following documents/certificates duly attested by a Gazetted officer must be supplied by the NRI candidates along with Application Form in support of his/her claim to be an NRI and requisite fee i.e. 100 US $ or equivalent in rupees in the shape of Bank Draft drawn in favour the Principle of the Collages concerned within stipulated period as mentioned in the prospectus directly to the Principle of the concerned collage(s):-

    1. A copy of Non-Resident card /Employment Card issued by the Employer.
    2. A copy of Immigration/Employment vista entry on the passport along with the details of the passport.
    3. A copy of certificate issued by the Indian Embassy/High Commission in the Country where the NRI is residing.
    4. A copy of the latest assessment order of the income authority, either in India or in the country of Employment filled in the status of Non-Resident Indian.
    5. A copy of Matriculation or its equivalent examination showing date of birth.
    6. A copy of passing qualifying examination (10+2 or equivalent) from abroad.
    7. A copy of equivalence certificate duly issued by the association of Indian Universities, New Delhi.
